The new Samsung Customer Service has been designed as a technology-oriented, functional, and innovative space. Spanning a total area of 220 m² across two floors, the center aims to provide visitors with a service experience seamlessly integrated with advanced technology. On the ground floor, a spacious reception area has been created for welcoming customers. Comfortable seating areas have been arranged for waiting before consultations, while designated desks have been positioned for addressing device issues. Dark gray and black tones dominate the design, complemented by rounded furniture and white LED lighting to create a modern ambiance. Samsung phone advertisement visuals on the walls further emphasize the space’s connection to technology. The upper floor has been designed to offer customers a comfortable space where they can wait while their phones are being repaired. This area includes a small café, workspaces, event, and product promotion sections, enhancing its functionality. A special waiting area dedicated to Samsung’s Flip and Fold series phones has been designed with foldable seating, tables, lighting, and wall panels, allowing visitors to interact with foldable technology in an immersive environment. The new service center has been created as a space where design and technology converge, prioritizing user experience at every stage.
